Wildeye Photography Policy
Contact & Scheduling: Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule your shoot. You can contact us by phone at 406-871-3666 or E-Mail, wildeyerowe@gmail.com. E-mails will be answered as soon as possible, usually the same day.
Contract & Payment: Upon acceptance of contract half payment is required to secure photo shoot. Final payment is due at delivery of photos.
Shooting: You the realtor or someone to represent you will be present to discuss aspects of the listing that you might or might not want photographed. The property should be ready to photograph. If not it will be photographed as is. If there is a problem and it cannot be photographed there could be an additional fee.
Your input is important when it comes to making decisions on how to photograph important features of the property. We will supply you with up to 35 high quality digital images for the Estate Package. I will also use my expertise in photographing the property to make it look its best. Shoots usually take 1 to 3 hours depending on the size and location.
After the Shoot: After the photography session I will download the images to my computer. I will edit the photos and make any adjustment as needed. I shoot raw images which gives the photo the most information to create the best optimized photo. The finished images will be available 48 to 72 hours after the shoot. High & Low resolution images delivered on a DVD. If needed low resolution images can be E-Mailed.
Rights & Usage: All images remain the property of the photographer. The agent and agent's parent company have the right to use photos to market the property until, (A) the property sells, (B) the listing expires or (C) two years from invoice date, whichever occurs first. No other use of photos are allowed without the express written consent of the photographer. We reserve the right to use the photos in our own marketing material without disclosing location and/or owner information.
