    My schedule varies but most shoots can be done within a day or two of contact (weather dependent).

    24-72 hours

  4. How do I receive the photos?
    On a DVD, unless other arrangements are made.

  5. What do you Charge?

  6. How long will the Photography shoot take?
    It depends on the project, but usually 1-3 hours

  7. Do you offer Virtual Tours?

  9. When is the best time to photograph my listing?
    Lighting is the key factor in determining the time of a shoot. Usually, this is early morning or late afternoon.

  10. What is HDR?
    HDR is High Dynamic Range Photography. High dynamic range photography for real estate is the process of taking multiple exposures of the same image and combining these images for the maximum dynamic range. The human eye sees a much higher dynamic range that standard single exposure photograph. Using this technique allows online image to look more real, show more detail, and adds a flattering glow to each image.
